Dr. Juan Antonio Chacón Meraz is a Medical Doctor graduated from Universidad Veracruzana in Minatitlán, Veracruz. Throughout his career, he has worked across various levels of healthcare, developing strong skills in emergency medicine, critical patient management, and comprehensive clinical care.
During his service at the SEDENA-INSABI Maternal and Child Hospital in Coatzacoalcos, he cared for suspected and confirmed COVID-19 patients in the intensive care unit. His dedication during the pandemic earned him the “Hero of the Nation” recognition from the Mexican Army upon completing his service with the Ministry of National Defense.
He later worked in private healthcare settings, providing warm, clear, and patient-centered care to individuals from all over the world.
In August 2024, Dr. Chacón earned certifications from the American Heart Association as a provider of BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), reinforcing his commitment to safe and internationally standardized medical practice.
He is currently part of Hope 4 Cancer Treatment Centers in Cancun, where he integrates his clinical expertise with a deeply human and compassionate approach to care. Dr. Chacón is committed to offering patients a warm presence, attentive listening, and genuine emotional support.
