With more than 18 years of service at Hope4Cancer, Dra. Angélica Victorio Galindo is a dedicated physician and healthcare leader who firmly believes integrative medicine is fundamental to comprehensive cancer care. Throughout her career, she has combined compassionate patient care with strong medical-administrative leadership, continually learning from and contributing to the multidisciplinary team that defines Hope4Cancer.

Dra. Galindo began her medical journey at the age of 18 as a volunteer in the laboratory department at the Mexican Red Cross. She earned her medical degree from the Autonomous University of Baja California and went on to work for several years in the Red Cross emergency department, where she later served as a Medical Sub-Director and instructor for paramedics.

Introduced to Hope4Cancer by a fellow internist, Dra. Galindo was immediately drawn to the center’s integrative and patient-centered philosophy. Discovering alternative and complementary medicine—an area often underrepresented in traditional medical education—proved transformative for her personally and professionally. At Hope4Cancer, she found a place where medicine could be practiced with deeper compassion, innovation, and respect for the whole person.

As Medical Sub-Director and Medical Supervisor, Dra. Galindo oversees daily clinical operations, ensures strict compliance with health regulations, and upholds the highest standards of professional ethics. She works closely with leadership, legal, and human resources teams; directs and supports staff; prepares and submits regulatory and operational reports; anticipates operational needs; and continually strives to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction. She also serves as an internal hospital auditor, ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable regulations.
