The holidays are now over, and you may be feeling a little lighter in the wallet and possibly a little sluggish from all of the holiday indulgences. The new year is a great time to gently reset your systems, to cleanse your body and get it back into its healthy state. A juice cleanse is a delicious way to do just that!
Below is a great juice recipe that’s part of a three-day cleanse from Kris Carr, a New York Times and #1 Amazon best-selling author, wellness activist and cancer thriver. Just start with this juice for breakfast, follow it with a veggie-filled salad for lunch, then a healthy dinner—try to include another salad, plus rice, gluten-free grains, beans or chili to keep you full and satisfied.
Happy cleansing!
