Dr. Roberto Ramirez Alcaraz
Dr. Roberto Ramirez Alcaraz obtained his General Physician Degree from Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolas de Hidalgo in 2001. He brings diverse knowledge to the Hope4Cancer medical team, with a number of completed additional coursework, including advanced pediatric life support, advanced trauma life support, and advanced cardiovascular life support, to name a few. In 2011, he obtained his certification in General Medicine by the National Normative Committee of General Medicine and his Emergency Diploma from the National Polytechnic Institute.
Throughout his career, Dr. Alcaraz has worked as a primary care physician, hospitalization physician, emergency physician, and medical coordinator. His expertise has also earned him titles as a research assistant at Profil Institute and a professor at the Tijuana Culinary Art School, teaching courses on cardiovascular disease.
Before his position at Hope4Cancer, Dr. Alcaraz taught patients about comprehensive care and functional medicine in relation to their health and worked as a general physician in the oncology group at Hospital Angeles Tijuana.
