HOPE4CANCER INSTITUTE’S OPERATIONAL PERMITS
Hope4Cancer Institute runs its medical operations in Baja California, Mexico with all the required medical permits and certifications which include:
1. OPERATIONS PERMIT (STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENT). This permit is issued by the Government of the State of Baja California.
2. NOTICE OF PHYSICIAN RESPONSIBLE (STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENT). This permit is issued by the Government of the State of Baja California.
3. LICENSE OF TRANSFUSION SERVICES (COFEPRIS). This permit is issued by the Mexican Federal Government.
4. NOTICE OF PHYSICIAN RESPONSIBLE (COFEPRIS). This permit is issued by the Mexican Federal Government.
5. LICENSE FOR THE OPERATION OF A PHARMACY AND SALE OF MEDICAMENTS UNDER CONTROL (COFEPRIS). This permit is issued by the Mexican Federal Government.
