The hardest part of the process is actually deciding to take the step!  Once that is done, the rest is easy.  Follow the process below:

 STEP 1:  TAKE ACTION NOW! FILL OUT THE FORM OR CALL US.  Fill out the REQUEST YOUR TREATMENT PLAN form on the right or call us at 888-544-5993.  You will get a call back within the next 48 hours from one of our patient coordinators.

 STEP 2.  SEND US YOUR INFORMATION.  Our patient coordinator will request your medical history including laboratory and imaging reports, if any, to be faxed or emailed to us.  Actual CDs/DVDs of images will not be necessary at this stage. 

Once you have submitted your form, you will receive a secure link by email where you will be able to upload your medical records.  By doing this early, you will help greatly in expediting the process of evaluation since we will be able to get this information in front of our doctors immediately.

 STEP 3. FREE, PERSONALIZED TREATMENT PLAN.  Your assigned patient coordinator will forward your data for review by Dr. Jimenez, our Medical Director, and his medical team.  They will create a personalized treatment plan, just for you. Please know that Dr. Jimenez is deeply and personally involved in evaluating each incoming case and creating and approving every preliminary treatment plan. Once you arrive at the clinic, adjustments may be made to your plan after your physical evaluation. 

 STEP 4. FINALIZING DATE OF ARRIVAL AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS. Your patient coordinator will discuss your duration of stay (typical stay is about 3 weeks) and cost and help you finalize a date of arrival depending on availability of rooms at the clinic and your schedule. Once you have confirmed your visit, a patient pre-arrival guide will be sent to you providing all the details you need to transition successfully to the clinic.

 STEP 5.  TRAVEL SAFELY TO THE CLINIC. The clinic is accessible by car, train or airplane. Please communicate your travel arrangements ahead of time with our patient coordinator. If traveling by car, you can park at a parking lot outside the San Diego (US) - Mexico border and we will arrange for our driver to pick you up and drive you to the clinic.  If arriving by air or train, we also offer complimentary pickup from the San Diego International Airport and Amtrak station in downtown San Diego. This escort will seamlessly take you through the border and drive you non-stop to the clinic.
